AGM – Cash Incentive Management

* Spearhead the management of IT/ITES export cash incentive operations, driving end-to-end efficiency and compliance. * Architect and submit incentive claim documents to Bangladesh Bank and relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Drive regulatory compliance, navigating export regulations, foreign exchange guidelines, and incentive policies to mitigate risks. * Monitor and optimize export proceeds realization, documentation accuracy, and reporting timelines to enhance financial performance. * Foster collaborative relationships with banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders to streamline claim processing and approvals. * Manage and maintain meticulous records, reconciliation, and reporting related to cash incentives, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Identify and implement process improvements to maximize incentive benefits, minimize delays, and enhance overall financial efficiency. * Provide actionable insights and reports to management, informing strategic decisions on incentive realization and financial impact.
