Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead comprehensive audits of cash incentive files, ensuring meticulous accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Champion compliance with Bangladesh Bank cash incentive circulars and guidelines, staying up-to-date on evolving regulations.
• Architect and implement standardized operating procedures for cash incentive audits, driving efficiency and consistency.
• Drive timely audit completion, meeting scheduled deadlines to facilitate seamless submission to the bank.
• Develop and submit monthly statements and reports to management, utilizing the company's prescribed format to ensure transparency and insight.
• Safeguard and maintain accurate, confidential records of sales, buyer information, orders, and payments, leveraging robust database management.
• Optimize ERP system data, ensuring accuracy and regular updates to support informed decision-making.
• Lead proactive follow-up on incentive-related files, ensuring prompt issue resolution and minimizing delays.
• Uncover audit findings and observations, recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks and enhance process improvements.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, verifying accuracy and integrity of company assets and resources.

- At least 2-3 years of practical experience on RMG cash incentive audit at banks & CA firm
- Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in bonded warehouse operations
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
