• Foster strategic partnerships with agents and sub-agents to drive long-term growth and collaboration. • Drive agent engagement through regular outreach, timely follow-ups, and proactive issue resolution. • Scout and acquire new agent talent across diverse districts to expand the network. • Conduct targeted field visits to optimize agent relationships, identify opportunities, and address concerns. • Orchestrate seamless coordination between agents and the admissions team to ensure aligned goals and objectives. • Deliver timely updates to agents on university requirements, visa policies, and deadlines to ensure compliance and success. • Troubleshoot and resolve agent queries and operational issues with speed and efficiency. • Leverage social media platforms, including Facebook, to facilitate agent communication, share updates, and promote partner universities. • Develop and implement a content strategy to create, post, and monitor engaging updates on intakes, commission offers, and deadlines. • Provide multichannel support to agents via Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. • Disseminate promotional materials, official updates, and key information to agents through digital channels. • Build and maintain a comprehensive agent database to track location, contact details, capacity, and monthly potential. • Analyze application flow and agent performance to inform data-driven decisions and optimize results.
