* Spearhead residential and commercial interior design concepts, crafting 2D layouts, space plans, and mood boards that bring visions to life. * Develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs, driving creative problem-solving and delivering exceptional results. * Architect realistic 3D designs using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, and V-Ray, producing high-quality renders for client presentations. * Foster strong client relationships through online and physical meetings, presenting designs, addressing concerns, and incorporating feedback to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with execution teams on-site, ensuring projects align with drawings, and providing expert guidance on material selection and finishing. * Create detailed working drawings using AutoCAD, covering electrical, ceiling, and furniture aspects, and assist in preparing Bills of Quantity (BOQ). * Confidently showcase design expertise on-camera, explaining projects in a clear and concise manner, and develop engaging content for social media platforms, such as Reels and short videos. * Represent the Cube Studio brand with exceptional communication skills, providing project briefings in simple, client-friendly language, and embodying the company's values and mission.
