Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. * Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and promote long-term partnerships. * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales initiatives with company-wide goals and objectives. * Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement. * Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, regulations, and laws to ensure compliance and inform sales strategies. * Deliver regular sales performance reports, including key metrics, forecasts, and budget analyses to stakeholders. * Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and expand the professional network. * Design and implement training programs to equip sales team members with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. * Nurture relationships with repeat clients to ensure satisfaction, promote loyalty, and drive referrals. * Develop and refine the company's sales strategy to achieve targets and drive growth. * Analyze sales trends and results, generating timely reports to inform business decisions. * Lead the sales team to achieve growth and sales targets, providing coaching, support, and motivation to ensure individual and team success. * Architect a strategic business plan to expand the customer base, increase market presence, and drive revenue growth. * Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as realistic forecasts, to the management team to inform business decisions. * Coach and develop sales team members to reach their full potential, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive success. * Drive sales growth by understanding business objectives, industry trends, and market dynamics. * Plan, implement, and evaluate sales initiatives to ensure goal accomplishment and continuous improvement. * Identify and engage with potential customers, establishing relationships and driving new business opportunities. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. * Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work beyond standard hours to meet business needs and achieve objectives. * Accept and complete assignments from senior management, as well as any other tasks necessary to drive business success.
