Medical Promotion Officer

* Drive business growth by leveraging strong relationships in Oncology and Neurology segments to generate patient referrals for overseas treatment. * Foster and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, diagnostic centers, corporate partners, and medical referral networks. * Lead field engagement efforts, utilizing exceptional relationship-building and follow-up skills to convert warm leads into confirmed cases. * Architect and execute a doctor engagement strategy, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to Oncology and Neurology doctors. * Develop and manage a network of referral partners, including doctors, hospital administrators, diagnostic center representatives, and pharmaceutical MPOs. * Manage and track referral sources to optimize the referral flow and identify new business opportunities. * Collaborate with corporate organizations to design and deliver medical awareness campaigns, health seminars, and screening programs that drive patient leads. * Convert CRM leads into serious opportunities by coordinating patient documentation, initial consultations, and follow-up activities. * Promote Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) testing services to doctors, generating test orders and coordinating the sample collection and submission process. * Deliver results-driven performance, utilizing a deep understanding of the referral ecosystem, patient acquisition strategies, and doctor engagement tactics to drive business success.
