Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead sales growth by driving lead conversion, from initial inquiry to secured admissions, through expert counseling and strategic sales funnel management.
* Architect and execute campaign strategies that leverage creative marketing hooks, promotional offers, and scholarships to attract high-quality leads and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
* Foster strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporations, and influencers to expand the organization's footprint and boost brand authority.
* Drive business development through targeted outreach, pitching, and closing corporate sales deals for "Business English" workshops and training programs.
* Design and deliver high-impact events, including webinars, seminars, and demo classes, to showcase programs and drive conversions.
* Manage IELTS registrations, ensuring seamless coordination with British Council/IDP, zero-error documentation, and effective test-date management.
* Innovate and introduce new course modules, such as Public Speaking or Interview Mastery, by researching market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Lead data management efforts, maintaining a flawless CRM database and follow-up calendar to ensure timely lead follow-up and conversion.
* Champion quality assurance by monitoring faculty performance, gathering student feedback, and implementing improvements to maintain premium service standards.
* Develop and maintain a strong network of educational influencers and subject matter experts to amplify brand reputation and thought leadership.
* Analyze key performance indicators, including conversion rates, revenue growth, lead response time, and registration accuracy, to inform strategic decisions and optimize results.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional
- Proven track record in Educational Sales, Business Development, or IELTS Management.
- Expert in Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, and Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive).
- Exceptional persuasive skills in both English and Bengali.
- A 'Detail-Oriented' leader who can multitask between live operations and long-term strategy.
