* Spearhead the Study Abroad division, driving end-to-end management of the student lifecycle from lead generation to visa approval. * Architect and implement process excellence initiatives, ensuring 100% compliance with university and embassy requirements to maintain a high visa success rate. * Expand and manage a diverse country portfolio, staying abreast of global visa policy changes and identifying new destination opportunities. * Foster and maintain strategic relationships with international universities, securing agency agreements and priority processing. * Build, lead, and coach a network of sub-agents, coaching centers, and regional partners to amplify lead flow and drive business growth. * Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, leveraging online and offline channels to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions. * Lead high-impact events, including "Spot Assessment Days," University Fairs, and Pre-departure briefings, to engage students and drive enrollments. * Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of counselors, visa officers, and marketing executives, setting monthly targets and providing coaching to achieve revenue goals. * Drive corporate and institutional alliances, collaborating with schools and corporate bodies to deliver exclusive seminars and campus activations. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including visa success rate, enrollment volume, B2B revenue, and marketing ROI, to inform data-driven decisions and optimize business outcomes.
