Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and promoting company offerings, including flats, land shares, and ready shops.
• Exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement, strategic follow-ups, and personalized relationship-building.
• Architect sales meetings and project visits to showcase company offerings and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Spearhead lead generation efforts through cold calling, networking, and leveraging client referrals to expand the sales pipeline.
• Foster long-term client relationships through regular communication, identifying opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify, secure, and convert new sales leads into closed deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to finalize agreements, overcome objections, and drive sales closures.
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions, promoting projects and generating new leads to fuel business expansion.
