* Engage with small to medium-sized businesses, including fashion houses, cosmetic shops, and pharmacies, to drive adoption of the Takar Hisab accounting app. * Build relationships with shop owners through direct, in-person conversations to understand their needs and showcase the app's benefits. * Deliver clear, concise explanations of the app's features and functionality in simple Bangla to facilitate understanding and adoption. * Lead onboarding efforts, guiding shop owners through the account creation and initial entry process to ensure seamless setup. * Empower shop owners with knowledge of key accounting concepts, including baki, sales, and reporting, to inform their business decisions. * Gather essential information and submit daily activity reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. * Foster long-term connections with users through regular follow-up communications via WhatsApp and phone, providing ongoing support and encouragement.
