Manager (Portfolio Lead), Finance & Accounts

* Drive business growth and profitability as Finance & Portfolio Lead for the Lithium-ion Battery business, ensuring compliance and sustainable expansion. * Architect robust financial data governance, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial and operational data. * Manage product costing and portfolio performance, overseeing product-wise and model-wise costing, and analyzing profitability to inform competitive pricing and optimization strategies. * Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, conducting variance analysis, and providing corrective action recommendations to senior leadership. * Optimize treasury, cash flow, and fund management, coordinating with Finance & Treasury teams to plan cash flow, optimize working capital, and mitigate forex exposure. * Develop and deliver insightful financial reports, including MIS, interim financial statements, and annual financial data, to support strategic decision-making. * Foster cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product Management, and other stakeholders to align commercial policies with accounting and costing systems, and identify cost optimization opportunities. * Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting procedures, and control frameworks, providing support for internal and external audits, and maintaining oversight of tax and VAT implications. * Analyze sales performance and profitability by customer segment, sales channel, and product, to inform portfolio optimization and drive business growth. * Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies, providing financial presentations and analytical reports to support strategic and operational decisions. * Oversee the maintenance of strong internal controls, ensuring the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
