• Drive compliance with PVH and Gap Inc. standards, ensuring seamless implementation of technical manuals and quality requirements. • Champion adherence to corporate compliance and vendor standards, upholding the highest levels of integrity. • Architect precise interpretations of tech packs, construction standards, and grading rules to inform design and production decisions. • Foster strong relationships with brand technical teams through open communication and collaboration. • Spearhead prototype, SMS, and pre-production sample development, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs. • Deliver proactive feedback to buyers, enhancing garment performance and driving continuous improvement. • Lead fit sessions, whether physical or virtual, to guarantee optimal product fit and brand consistency. • Ensure alignment with brand-specific fit blocks, particularly for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, to maintain brand integrity. • Conduct thorough evaluations of fabric performance, assessing shrinkage, skewing, and colorfastness to inform material selection. • Approve pre-production samples, verifying that all technical points are addressed and resolved. • Implement and enforce AQL standards, Brand RSL, and testing protocols, both in laboratories and on production lines. • Analyze defects, develop corrective action plans, and drive a "Right First Time" approach to minimize errors and optimize efficiency. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Production, QA/QC, and IE, to ensure cohesive product development and delivery. • Confidently manage buyer technical audits and visits, providing transparent insights and demonstrating technical expertise.
