- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in modern farming
- Proven expertise in growing vegetables and fruits
- Strong experience in Greenhouse farming, Hydroponic systems, Drip irrigation technology
- Ability to manage farm operations, teams, and production planning effectively
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
