Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead showroom operations, driving sales growth and team performance through strategic planning and effective management.
• Architect and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, analyzing market trends and customer demand to capitalize on new opportunities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Foster a customer-centric environment, delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
• Curate an engaging showroom experience, overseeing visual merchandising, product displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Optimize inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and swift removal of expired, damaged, or slow-moving items.
• Drive business insights, preparing and submitting regular sales and operational reports to inform data-driven decisions.
• Manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Mitigate risk, ensuring the security and safety of showroom assets, and develop contingency plans for unexpected situations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional and marketing initiatives, amplifying brand awareness and driving sales.
• Uphold company standards, ensuring strict adherence to policies, procedures, and quality benchmarks.
