Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and maintenance of a robust IT infrastructure, encompassing networks, servers, endpoints, and peripherals.
* Architect and ensure seamless connectivity across all locations, leveraging LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet technologies.
* Design, configure, and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to optimize performance and security.
* Proactively monitor system performance, rapidly troubleshooting and resolving downtime, slowness, and connectivity issues to minimize business impact.
* Drive the management of Windows servers, Active Directory, user accounts, and backups, ensuring data integrity and availability.
* Champion IT security by implementing and enforcing robust firewall rules, antivirus protection, access controls, and data backup protocols.
* Deliver exceptional technical support to users, addressing hardware, software, email, and connectivity issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Foster strategic partnerships with ERP and software vendors to ensure prompt issue resolution and system support.
* Supervise and motivate the IT support team, driving timely closure of service requests and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Oversee IT asset management, including inventory tracking, tagging, and lifecycle management, to optimize resource utilization.
* Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and vendor services, ensuring seamless IT operations and minimizing downtime.
* Enable business continuity by supporting meeting room setup, video conferencing, and disaster recovery initiatives.
* Develop and distribute insightful IT performance reports, providing actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of network diagrams, licenses, standard operating procedures, and IT policies, ensuring compliance and knowledge sharing.
* Lead cross-functional infrastructure improvement projects, driving digital transformation and IT innovation to propel business growth.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline.
Additional
- Strong knowledge of Next-generation firewall, Router, Cisco Switch, Firewall, Access Point, and network security devices.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLAN, routing protocols, and bandwidth management.
- Experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Backup Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Outlook, endpoint security, antivirus, and patch management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in CCTV, IP Camera, biometric attendance systems, and printer support.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage IT procurement.
- Capable of preparing reports, documentation, and IT policies.
