Assistant Merchandiser (Knit Garments, Head Office)

* Spearhead buyer communications through email and mail to address new inquiries and provide updates * Foster strategic partnerships with vendors to source trims and accessories * Collaborate with the Line Manager to architect plans for new season sampling and production orders * Source and collect garment samples, trims, and swatches from vendors to drive product development * Expedite sample submissions to buyers via courier to ensure timely feedback * Drive the approval process by following up with buyers and gathering feedback to inform production decisions * Monitor factory production timelines to ensure on-time shipment, working closely with the Line Manager to overcome any obstacles * Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Head or Line Manager to support team objectives
