• Spearhead end-to-end procurement operations, from initial sourcing to final delivery • Develop and execute strategic RFQ, RFP, and tender processes, analyzing comparative statements to drive informed decisions • Champion compliance with NGO and donor regulations, ensuring adherence to procurement guidelines and standards • Drive cost savings through expert price negotiation and optimization techniques • Craft and finalize Purchase Orders, contracts, and agreements that meet organizational needs • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including project, finance, and store departments • Oversee supplier performance, monitoring quality, delivery timelines, and overall vendor compliance to ensure seamless operations
