Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead market expansion by leveraging existing relationships with key decision-makers in Bangladesh's core industrial sectors to promote Sherpa Power's products. * Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and converting leads into technical quotations and finalized deals. * Lead field operations, including regular factory visits and project site inspections, to assess equipment needs and uncover potential sales prospects. * Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring seamless conversion of leads into successful deals. * Manage and maintain a strong network of contacts, including Procurement Officers, Project Managers, and Maintenance Engineers, to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.

Education

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
