Trainee Officer

* Architect and manage the organization's IT infrastructure and network operations to ensure high availability, security, and reliability. * Drive the optimization of network systems, including routing and switching, server administration, and overall IT system performance. * Lead the configuration and maintenance of Radio Frequency (RF) equipment, including frequency bands, antennas, RF cables, GSM, and satellite network systems. * Implement and manage advanced network configurations, including: * Network infrastructure: routers, switches, VLANs, trunking, inter-VLAN routing, and network segmentation. * Windows and Linux servers: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, virtualization, and server hardening practices. * Wireless and RF systems: RF equipment setup, antenna alignment, frequency planning, and signal strength optimization. * GSM and satellite communication systems: GSM gateways, satellite modems, VSAT systems, and link performance monitoring. * Develop and deploy network monitoring and management tools, including monitoring systems, logging systems, backup solutions, and performance analysis platforms. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs and maintain seamless communication systems across the organization. * Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards, and provide technical support and infrastructure improvements as needed. * Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, perform server maintenance, and implement system upgrades to ensure optimal IT system performance. * Manage and optimize IT and communication systems to meet the organization's evolving needs and ensure business continuity.
