ERP Master Data & App Administrator

* Spearhead Master Data Management (MDM) and Database Management initiatives to drive data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. * Architect and maintain comprehensive Master Data repositories for Raw Materials, General Items, Electrical/Mechanical Spare Parts, Suppliers, and Customers. * Drive data quality by cleansing, standardizing, and formatting user-submitted data to adhere to organizational naming conventions and eliminate duplicates. * Investigate and resolve data inaccuracies to ensure the highest level of database precision and reliability. * Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data, providing actionable insights to various departments. * Manage user access and security by configuring roles, permissions, and profiles, and designing user training materials to facilitate seamless adoption of business applications. * Lead issue resolution by logging user complaints, providing timely fixes, and collaborating with internal development teams and vendors to ensure prompt and effective support.
