Sr. Executive, Network & IT Support

* Architect and manage multi-vendor network infrastructures, driving high-performance and security across Cisco, MikroTik, and BDCom platforms. * Lead the configuration and administration of FortiGate firewalls, ensuring robust security governance and compliance. * Design and implement secure network architectures, mitigating risk through proactive governance, policy enforcement, and network hardening. * Drive virtualization efforts, overseeing Hyper-V and VMware implementations to optimize IT operations. * Manage AD/DC server administration, ensuring seamless authentication and authorization processes. * Oversee the design and implementation of structured cabling systems, supporting network, WiFi, IPT, CCTV, and other critical infrastructure components. * Develop and enforce robust security protocols, including client-server based antivirus management and network access control. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and other peripheral devices, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
