* Drive capacity planning and organizational efficiency by analyzing and maintaining records of booking vs space utilization across diverse customer portfolios. * Deliver high-accuracy commercial data reports, ensuring precision and attention to detail in all submissions. * Architect comprehensive monthly reports on key performance indicators, including round voyage days, berthing delays, and port stay duration, to inform strategic decisions for HR Lines Limited and competitor analysis. * Lead the preparation and dissemination of trade notices to customers, ensuring timely and effective communication. * Manage monthly loading operations for all customers, streamlining processes and optimizing resource allocation. * Foster strong customer relationships by resolving invoice disputes and addressing queries in a proactive and professional manner.
