* Spearhead financial operations with expertise in accounting software, including Tally ERP, ERP systems, and QuickBooks. * Leverage advanced MS Excel skills to drive data analysis, utilizing pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas to inform business decisions. * Navigate complex regulatory landscapes, including Bangladesh taxation laws, Labour Law, and statutory compliance requirements. * Drive financial management through expertise in bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting. * Analyze complex financial data, identifying trends and insights to inform strategic business decisions. * Develop and deliver timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and collaborate with audit teams to ensure seamless internal and external audits.
