* Spearhead client onboarding and solution implementation for local clients, driving seamless integration and adoption. * Tackle real-world business challenges and user issues, providing expert support and resolving problems efficiently. * Collaborate with international clients on payment-related solutions, with opportunities to expand into e-commerce, web, and technical services within 1-2 months. * Foster a strong foundation for future career growth by gaining hands-on industry experience and developing a valuable experience certificate. * Operate within a dynamic work schedule, staying active and responsive from 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with Sundays off and flexibility to work on public holidays as needed. * Deliver lightning-fast responses to client queries via Facebook Page and WhatsApp, ensuring timely support within 30 seconds during active hours. * Communicate effectively with clients in both Bangla and English, adapting to diverse needs and preferences. * Engage with clients through calls, remote tools like AnyDesk, and internal documentation, providing personalized support and guidance. * Drive after-sales technical assistance, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. * Manage and optimize assigned pages and customer pipelines, streamlining interactions and workflows. * Uphold professional standards in client interactions, navigating diverse situations with empathy, tact, and expertise.
