Accounts & MIS Executive for Greenland Medical Center

* Drive financial operations by managing daily transactions, including patient billing, medical tests, and diagnostic services, to ensure seamless revenue cycle management. * Architect accurate financial records by preparing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, receipts, and payments to maintain transparency and accountability. * Lead cash management activities, including collections, bank deposits, and reconciliation, to optimize financial performance and minimize discrepancies. * Develop and deliver timely financial reports and MIS to inform management decisions, track business performance, and identify areas for improvement. * Manage and maintain meticulous documentation of patient billing records and financial files to ensure compliance and support audit requirements. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate audit activities by providing required financial documents and data, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. * Design and maintain robust MIS databases, Excel files, and reporting systems to enable data-driven decision-making and business insights. * Provide flexible support to the supervisor by undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to team success.
