Key Responsibilities
* Drive business expansion by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new customers, fostering long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
* Spearhead new product development, sourcing, and negotiation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.
* Prospect high-profile customers, driving new business and solid profitability to meet management targets.
* Manage buyer accounts independently, from development to shipment, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with buyers on sampling, approvals, costing, production, and shipment schedules, building strong relationships and trust.
* Analyze costs, consumption, and margins to optimize pricing, maintain profitability, and stay competitive in the market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with company goals, driving business growth and success.
* Partner with product development teams to create innovative products that meet international buyers' expectations and standards.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure new apparel products meet market demands, are positioned effectively, and drive business results.
* Oversee the timeline of each order, ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and effective communication with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
* Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources strategically to maximize impact and return on investment.
* Deliver persuasive client presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly new customer acquisition targets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.
* Explore new local and international markets, identifying opportunities for business growth, expansion, and diversification.
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and drive business success.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration
Additional
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Result-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of merchandising and supply chain processes
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel frequently for business development
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
