Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead HR operations by maintaining precise digital and physical employee records, and overseeing leave, attendance tracking, and monthly time logs.
* Drive recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, while assisting in contract preparation, renewals, and employee file management.
* Deliver monthly HR reports to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Architect administrative management by overseeing office logistics, maintaining asset registers, and coordinating administrative support for events and training programs.
* Ensure seamless administrative functions, including staff ID cards, supply requisitions, and visitor logs.
* Champion compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, supporting grievance redressal and disciplinary measures.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain field compliance, and assist in internal audits and documentation for donor and government reviews.
* Craft internal communications, notices, and HR memos, while supporting senior leadership with meeting summaries, staff updates, and reports.
* Foster unified operations by collaborating with field and branch HR/Admin points, and driving HR practices with measurable results.
* Prioritize discipline and fairness in staff management, upholding structured processes for leave approval, punctuality, and benefits administration.
* Optimize time management by respecting employee time and organizational needs, leveraging organized scheduling and follow-ups to drive productivity.
* Embody a growth mindset, taking initiative to improve existing systems, and delivering impactful HR solutions with tangible outcomes.
* Cultivate strong internal relationships, serving as a reliable support point for all staff, and actively contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
