Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead revenue growth by identifying and acquiring high-value clients through strategic cold calling, networking, and referral initiatives.
* Drive lead conversion by actively pursuing and following up on company-generated leads to maximize sales opportunities.
* Architect and execute marketing strategies to promote secondary property listings, ensuring premium market standards are consistently met.
* Ensure seamless property transactions by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, conducting site visits, and providing expert market insights and investment analysis.
* Foster strong relationships with clients by offering personalized guidance on legal and procedural matters, facilitating negotiations, and securing mutually beneficial agreements.
* Lead deal closures, ensuring timely and efficient completion of sales transactions.
* Manage and maintain precise records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM/software, enabling data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and registration, to ensure smooth property handovers and exceptional client satisfaction.
* Develop and implement client-centric strategies to drive long-term growth, loyalty, and retention, ultimately contributing to the company's real estate division expansion.
