* Spearhead lead generation and customer outreach initiatives through multi-channel engagement, including calls, emails, and social media. * Drive sales growth by supporting presentations, client communications, and relationship-building efforts. * Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies. * Collaborate on the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional content. * Manage accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales performance metrics. * Architect creative promotional content, captions, and strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive engagement. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, database management, online platforms, and referral networks. * Convert inbound queries into sales opportunities by providing exceptional customer service and support. * Deliver persuasive product/service presentations over the phone, addressing customer needs and providing tailored solutions. * Analyze customer needs, resolve queries, and offer targeted solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Compile and submit daily/weekly reports on key sales performance indicators, including calls made, leads generated, and sales achieved.
