* Spearhead the development and implementation of NIVORA's social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, driving engagement and brand awareness. * Craft and curate compelling daily and weekly content for social media platforms, showcasing the brand's unique offerings and personality. * Architect and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to propel the launch and growth of the NIVORA store, fostering a loyal customer base. * Capture high-quality product photos and videos to elevate social media content and create an immersive brand experience. * Drive creative storytelling through writing engaging captions, promotional copy, and activity messages in English and Bangla, resonating with the target audience. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including store staff, designers, suppliers, and mall partners, to ensure seamless marketing execution. * Conceptualize and support innovative promotions, customer engagement initiatives, membership drives, and seasonal campaigns to boost sales and customer loyalty. * Monitor and analyze customer feedback, comments, and messages, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction. * Design and develop in-store marketing materials, such as posters, menu boards, and promotional displays, to create an immersive brand environment. * Conduct regular store visits to capture authentic content, observe customer behavior, and support on-site marketing activities, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
