Product Developer – Outerwear & Jersey (Executive)

• Spearhead the development of outerwear and jersey products, driving projects from concept to final sample stage with precision and speed. • Architect development plans by deciphering tech packs, buyer requirements, and translating them into actionable strategies. • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, sampling, production, and quality, to ensure seamless workflow and optimal results. • Scout and procure high-quality fabrics, trims, and accessories that meet product specifications and exceed buyer expectations. • Conduct feasibility assessments to ensure products meet cost, quality, and bulk production targets, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth. • Lead sample reviews, fittings, and modifications, leveraging expertise to perfect product design and functionality. • Manage and maintain the T&A calendar, ensuring timely sample submissions and meeting critical deadlines. • Drive communication with buyers, providing regular product development updates and securing approvals to move projects forward. • Champion cost optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising product quality or integrity. • Uphold the highest standards of compliance, adhering to buyer standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk and ensure business excellence.
