* Foster strong relationships with students through direct communication via phone, Facebook inbox, and in-person office meetings. * Drive prompt responses to incoming calls and online inbox messages, ensuring timely engagement with potential clients. * Deliver clear and concise explanations of services to interested students, addressing their queries and concerns. * Manage and maintain lead lists, conducting daily follow-ups to nurture prospects and drive conversions. * Develop and submit reports, keeping management informed and up-to-date on progress and performance. * Collaborate on social media initiatives, such as Facebook page management, advertising, and office events, as needed to support business growth and outreach.
