• Spearhead site selection for new Daily Shopping outlets, assessing viability and recommending prime locations across Bangladesh. • Drive feasibility studies, analyzing key factors such as customer accessibility, market demographics, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. • Negotiate and secure rental agreements with landowners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines. • Deliver on aggressive outlet acquisition targets, meeting monthly and yearly goals set by management. • Stay ahead of the curve, monitoring real estate trends, rental rates, and competitor expansion to identify opportunities and optimize growth. • Develop comprehensive site proposals, reports, and documentation to secure management approval and drive project forward. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Projects, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless handover and successful outlet launches. • Embark on frequent travel across Bangladesh, exploring new markets and identifying opportunities to fuel business expansion and growth.
