Assistant Architect

* Spearhead architectural design initiatives, driving projects from concept to completion through meticulous planning and development. * Craft compelling 2D and 3D visualizations using industry-leading tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp. * Architect innovative concept designs, layout plans, and presentation drawings that bring projects to life. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior architects, engineers, and project stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution. * Lead site visits, monitoring construction progress and identifying areas for improvement. * Ensure strict adherence to RAJUK rules and regulations, guaranteeing design accuracy and compliance. * Develop comprehensive working drawings, BOQs, and design documentation that meet project requirements. * Support client-facing presentations, incorporating design modifications and feedback to deliver exceptional results. * Manage and maintain precise documentation of all architectural projects, ensuring transparency and accountability.
