Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

• Foster strategic partnerships with key modern trade outlets, leveraging relationships with store managers and buyers to drive business growth. • Architect product visibility and availability across assigned outlets, ensuring optimal listing, placement, and merchandising. • Drive sales performance, setting and achieving monthly and quarterly targets through data-driven sales planning and execution. • Lead in-store promoter teams, providing training, coaching, and performance monitoring to maximize sales impact. • Optimize promoter productivity, managing incentives and commissions to motivate high-performance results. • Ensure flawless in-store execution, maintaining shelf displays, gondolas, end-caps, and planograms that meet brand standards. • Deploy and monitor point-of-sale materials, tracking competitor activity and adjusting strategies to stay ahead. • Develop and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to inform outlet-wise performance optimization. • Manage inventory levels, expiry dates, and stock replenishment, resolving stock-out issues promptly to minimize sales disruption. • Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to streamline supply chain operations and ensure seamless product delivery. • Design and execute trade promotions, campaigns, and in-store activations that drive engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty. • Spearhead new product launches in modern trade channels, ensuring successful integration and sales lift. • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, including listing fees, display charges, invoicing, and payments, to protect business interests. • Resolve product returns, damages, and operational issues efficiently, minimizing business impact and maintaining customer satisfaction.
