Cultural Facilitator

* Drive cultural exchange initiatives by designing and delivering interactive sessions and workshops for deprived children across 14 locations in Dhaka City. * Foster strategic partnerships with local organizations to co-create inclusive programs that promote cross-cultural understanding and community engagement. * Champion diverse voices by serving as a liaison between cultural groups and the organization, ensuring their perspectives are represented and valued. * Architect events and activities that showcase cultural heritage and traditions, nurturing a sense of community and social connection. * Empower staff and volunteers by providing training and resources to enhance cultural competency and promote inclusive practices within the organization. * Lead evaluations of cultural programs, gathering feedback and recommending data-driven improvements to optimize impact. * Advocate for cultural awareness and inclusivity, promoting best practices both internally and externally to drive social change. * Pursue ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging best practices to continuously enhance skills and expertise. * Manage additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in support of the organization's mission.
