* Drive the aesthetic characterization of CAD/CAM restorations, including zirconia and lithium disilicate, to deliver high-quality esthetics and shade accuracy. * Lead the staining and glazing process for zirconia crowns and bridges, ensuring precise color matching and surface finishing. * Architect the color layering process for monolithic zirconia restorations, achieving optimal aesthetic results. * Refine occlusal anatomy and finish restorations to exacting standards, ensuring seamless occlusion and contact adjustment. * Manage the surface polishing process before glazing, guaranteeing a smooth and even finish. * Execute shade matching using the VITA shade guide, ensuring precise color accuracy and consistency. * Operate the ceramic furnace for glaze firing, adhering to strict quality control protocols. * Perform contour corrections and minor adjustments to ensure optimal fit and function. * Conduct thorough quality checks before delivery, maintaining meticulous case documentation and records. * Handle staining liquids and ceramic materials with care, prioritizing safety and adherence to protocols. * Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the furnace and lab tools, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. * Receive and process milled zirconia units, performing pre-sinter finishing and staining according to shade prescriptions. * Oversee the sintering and glazing process, followed by final polishing and quality checks to ensure exceptional results.
