* Spearhead labour law matters, leveraging expertise as an Advocate with a strong background in handling Labour Court cases and Garments Group of Companies labour law issues. * Drive due diligence on land documents, scrutinizing land deeds, records, and other critical papers to ensure authenticity and purity of land ownership. * Manage land-related files with precision, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring seamless access to information. * Collaborate with lawyers to verify land ownership papers and seek legal opinions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Oversee registration and mutation processes, coordinating with government offices and stakeholders to facilitate smooth ownership transfers. * Validate records of rights with the land revenue office, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. * Register changes in ownership at the land revenue office, maintaining transparent and compliant records. * Architect and maintain relationships with key government and non-government organizations, including DC Office, AC Land office, and land dispute courts. * Foster strong relationships with AC-Land officials to facilitate efficient mutation processes and other land-related matters. * Conduct thorough audits of seller-submitted documents, verifying authenticity with relevant government offices to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
