Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead front desk operations, delivering exceptional visitor experiences through warm welcomes and professional interactions.
* Manage visitor logistics, including logbook maintenance, pass issuance, and reception area upkeep to ensure a polished and organized environment.
* Drive seamless communication by answering, screening, and routing incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and relaying accurate messages to relevant teams.
* Champion administrative efficiency by maintaining meticulous records, handling mail and deliveries, and providing support to the HR and Admin teams in their daily activities.
* Orchestrate meeting and appointment scheduling, ensuring timely coordination and minimizing conflicts.
* Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, arranging visitor meetings, notifying employees of guest arrivals, and promoting internal communication flow.
* Oversee office supplies, anticipating replenishment needs and informing relevant stakeholders to prevent disruptions.
* Assist in planning and executing meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring flawless execution and attention to detail.
* Provide adaptable administrative support, tackling additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to drive team success.
