Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead dealer network expansion by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
* Architect and finalize dealership appointments through rigorous evaluation, feasibility studies, and proposal assessments
* Foster and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing dealers, serving as the primary point of contact and communication
* Drive business growth by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and areas of potential network expansion
* Champion company branding initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation and adherence to guidelines across all dealer outlets
* Oversee showroom standards, visual merchandising, and brand representation, maintaining a cohesive and compelling customer experience
* Conduct regular dealer audits, performance reviews, and site visits to monitor progress and address areas for improvement
* Resolve operational issues, conflicts, and escalations in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business
* Design and deliver training programs to enhance dealer staff capabilities, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction
* Uphold exceptional customer experience standards, ensuring dealers provide a welcoming and professional environment
* Monitor dealer financial performance, compliance, and sustainability, providing support and guidance to ensure long-term success
* Ensure seamless compliance with company policies, maintaining accurate documentation and agreements
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including branding, marketing, finance, legal, and operations, to drive network efficiency and growth

- Advanced Excel expertise: pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, dashboards, and data modeling
- Proficient in data analysis, market insights, and MIS reporting
- Effective verbal and written communication, with strong leadership capability
- Willingness to travel extensively for dealership visits
