• Drive process improvements through motion and method studies to optimize line efficiency. • Architect and implement lean manufacturing initiatives, including 6S, Kaizen, and Kanban, to streamline operations. • Lead lean projects focused on enhancing efficiency and productivity, ensuring timely completion and follow-up. • Design and implement workplace engineering solutions to minimize waste and maximize resource utilization. • Analyze garment construction, operation breakdown, and SMV calculations using GSD or other methodologies to inform process improvements. • Manage line feeding, ensuring optimal manpower allocation, attachment, and bottleneck identification to resolve production issues. • Set and achieve line targets, balancing production lines to boost efficiency and output. • Investigate and reduce non-productive time (NPT) to maximize operational efficiency and achieve peak performance. • Optimize Man Machine Ratio and minimize waste to ensure resource effectiveness. • Forecast and recruit manpower based on upcoming style requirements, ensuring adequate staffing levels. • Develop and update operator skill matrices monthly to track progress and identify training needs. • Deliver skill development training to supervisors and mid-level management on essential IE tools and techniques. • Foster collaboration with Production, Planning, and Quality departments to ensure seamless operations and drive business success.
