Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist

* Drive the creation and execution of innovative graphic design and digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. * Manage and optimize social media accounts, content scheduling, and engagement strategies to maximize brand visibility and reach. * Architect and implement graphic design solutions, leveraging expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and motion graphics. * Lead the development of creative visuals, ad copies, and marketing materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including counseling and sales. * Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies. * Design and structure web pages, landing pages, and marketing platforms to enhance user experience and drive conversions. * Support the counseling and sales teams with tailored graphic design and digital marketing content, as well as regular reporting and performance updates. * Develop and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design and video editing, with a focus on innovative and effective marketing solutions.
