Technician

* Lead the maintenance and repair of sewing machines, collaborating with factory maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations. * Drive regular maintenance and repair activities for all stitching-related equipment, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. * Architect solutions to sewing machine maintenance problems by working closely with cross-functional departments within the facility. * Manage the installation, distribution, and inventory of new sewing machines, as well as spare parts, machine oil, and other essential supplies. * Coordinate with technical associates to resolve circuit board-related issues and address auxiliary item/machine matters. * Ensure maximum machine uptime by implementing proactive maintenance strategies and promptly addressing out-of-order machines. * Develop and deliver training programs to instruct operations teams on the proper use and operation of sewing machines, promoting efficiency and safety. * Adapt to changing production needs by adjusting work schedules as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to meeting production goals.
