Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead the Industrial Engineering team to drive cross-unit excellence and innovation.
• Architect and deploy strategic IE initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Champion standards and best practices for time study, motion study, and SMV calculations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Optimize production line capacity and balance to maximize output and minimize waste.
• Accelerate continuous improvement efforts through Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators, such as efficiency, utilization, and throughput, to inform data-driven decisions.
• Uncover opportunities for process optimization and recommend strategic improvements to production workflows.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Production, Quality, and SCM teams to ensure seamless operational alignment.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, methods, and best practices across all units.
• Identify and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities, eliminating operational waste and inefficiencies.
• Conduct root cause analyses to address productivity losses and inefficiencies, driving corrective actions and process improvements.
• Provide critical support for new product development, including SMV and feasibility analyses.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of digital and ERP-based IE tools and systems to enhance operational agility.
• Craft and present compelling performance reports to top management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
• Nurture team growth and development through targeted training, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with buyer requirements, operational standards, and regulatory mandates.
• Inform production planning strategies through capacity analysis, bottleneck identification, and optimization recommendations.

Education
- M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related discipline
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Industrial Engineering
Additional
- Hands-on experience in a similar IE role within the RMG industry
- Strong understanding of low-SMV production systems and line management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines efficiently
- Solid team collaboration and communication skills
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proficiency in IE software, MS Excel, and reporting tools
- Strong leadership and team management capability
