* Spearhead donor engagement by responding to inquiries, resolving queries, and fostering strong relationships through phone, social media, and in-person interactions. * Architect and maintain comprehensive donor databases, ensuring accurate records and feedback mechanisms to inform strategic decision-making. * Drive donor satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and providing timely resolutions to ensure long-term loyalty and retention. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Communication Manager and Planning and Development Manager, to develop and execute fundraising strategies, secure new funding opportunities, and craft compelling proposals and reports. * Develop and implement a robust fundraising plan, aligning with organizational goals and objectives to achieve sustainable funding, project development, and core operations delivery. * Design and launch a customer loyalty program, focusing on retention, engagement, and loyalty, while maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and service activities. * Analyze service metrics, identify areas for improvement, and present data-driven insights to inform strategic planning and reviews, ensuring quality and customer-service standards are met. * Contribute to the development of strategic plans, providing customer service expertise and recommendations to enhance overall organizational performance. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and assignments as directed by senior management.
