Sr. Executive, Product Development (Womenswear) - Female

* Drive the product development process from concept to launch, working in tandem with the Product Development Manager to bring innovative women's fashion products to market. * Architect and manage operational activities, including cross-functional partnerships, to ensure seamless execution of product development, sampling, production, and delivery. * Spearhead collaboration with design, development, production, and sourcing teams to uphold high-quality standards and align with brand positioning and customer preferences. * Inform strategic decision-making by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for new product development, and providing insights to the Manager and team members. * Lead communication efforts, providing regular updates on product development status, sampling progress, and relevant information to stakeholders. * Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize global sourcing strategies and drive business growth. * Partner with the design team to craft a women's wear product line that embodies the brand's vision, seasonal collection, and market trends. * Manage budget planning and expense control for the women's wear product line, ensuring alignment with seasonal forecasts and financial objectives while minimizing waste. * Maintain meticulous records of Bill of Materials, Work In Process, and Quality Management System to ensure data-driven decision-making. * Foster strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product manufacturing. * Oversee order handling, from development to shipment, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. * Cultivate a robust supplier network that supports organizational strategy and drives business growth. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely development of quality products that meet production standards. * Uphold the highest standards of ethics, safety, and regulatory compliance, promoting sustainable practices throughout the product development lifecycle. * Escalate critical concerns related to delivery and capacity to relevant stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption. * Monitor production flow to ensure alignment with production planning, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes. * Develop expertise in product development by working alongside and learning from the Manager, enhancing capabilities and driving continuous improvement. * Facilitate transparent communication and alignment with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring collaborative and effective working relationships.
