Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead divisional sales growth by crafting and executing targeted strategies that drive business results • Lead and mentor high-performing teams of Zonal Sales Managers and field Sales Officers to achieve sales excellence • Architect and optimize distribution networks to ensure seamless product availability across retail channels • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform data-driven decisions • Foster and nurture strong partnerships with key distributors and clients to expand business opportunities • Drive business insights by developing and presenting sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis • Champion the successful implementation of trade promotions and marketing campaigns that boost sales and revenue • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, driving business expansion and revenue growth through innovative strategies and initiatives
