* Spearhead technical operations for HVAC systems, driving excellence in VRF, chiller, and ventilation system management. * Architect and oversee HVAC project design, estimation, and engineering, aligning with client needs and international standards. * Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals, BOQs, and system layouts, ensuring precise project costing and maximizing client value. * Drive sales team success by providing expert technical support during client meetings, presentations, and tender submissions. * Foster strategic partnerships with key principals, such as Samsung, to secure technical approvals, select optimal products, and stay updated on industry developments. * Ensure seamless installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, guaranteeing quality, performance, and client satisfaction. * Champion project execution, driving timely, within-budget delivery that meets specifications and exceeds expectations. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions that minimize downtime and optimize system performance. * Uphold the highest safety standards, adhering to codes, company policies, and regulatory requirements to safeguard personnel, clients, and the environment. * Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, enhancing their skills and performance through guidance, training, and feedback. * Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards. * Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle, driving open communication and mutual success.
