Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead comprehensive HR operations, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll processing, and employee separations.
* Champion compliance with labor laws, company policies, and buyer requirements, ensuring seamless adherence to regulatory standards.
* Foster positive employee relations, addressing grievances, and implementing disciplinary actions in a fair and transparent manner.
* Lead and empower the HR team to execute strategic HR processes, driving efficiency and excellence.
* Architect talent management strategies, including performance management and succession planning, to propel business growth.
* Drive the development and implementation of training programs in collaboration with the L&D team, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
* Oversee administrative functions, including facility management, transportation, and support services, ensuring a productive work environment.
* Negotiate and manage vendor partnerships for administrative services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
* Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of office and factory premises, utilities, and amenities, providing a safe and healthy work environment.
* Coordinate and support internal and external audits, guaranteeing readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Analyze workforce data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and recommending data-driven solutions to optimize HR operations.
* Develop and present insightful HR and admin reports to inform management decisions and drive business outcomes.
* Cultivate a positive and engaging work culture, implementing initiatives that boost employee satisfaction and retention.
* Design and implement HR process improvements, driving innovation and excellence in HR operations.

Education
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
Additional
- At least 3 years in a managerial role in the RMG sector
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems
- Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Act & Rules, compliance, and factory safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with compliance standards of international buyers
- Data analysis and reporting skills (HR MIS, Excel)
