Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the identification and registration of vulnerable children through home visits, ensuring timely access to essential services via effective referral pathways. * Drive case management support, reunification efforts, and community-based child protection initiatives, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children. * Facilitate access to critical services, including medical, nutrition, mental health, and legal support, for children in need, leveraging referral pathways and collaborations with local authorities. * Provide comfort and dignity items to affected children as needed, particularly in cases of separation or unaccompanied minors, and conduct family tracing to reunite children with their families. * Analyze trends and risks, reporting insights to the Protection focal person and recommending mitigation strategies to address emerging issues. * Collaborate with community mobilizers to strengthen community relationships and referral systems, ensuring seamless case management and community-based child protection mechanisms. * Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local agencies, coordinating case management services and referrals to ensure comprehensive support for children. * Submit regular reports, including weekly and monthly case management updates, to ensure data accuracy and inform programmatic decisions. * Embed safeguarding principles into daily operations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of programme participants, team members, and communities. * Champion the implementation of safeguarding policies and standards, providing guidance and expertise to establish a safe working environment and promote a culture of safeguarding. * Encourage and facilitate reporting of safeguarding incidents, following established procedures and promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.

Requirements

Education

  • Degree/ Honor in any subject from any UGC approved reputed university or institute

Additional

  • Strong knowledge of Inter-Agency Case Management and Child Protection guidelines
  • Understanding of Core Humanitarian Standard, BRAC values, and key frameworks like ESS, AAP, and compliance procedures
  • Proven skills in reporting, planning, and developing high-quality program documentation
  • Demonstrated leadership and management ability with strong stakeholder engagement skills in sensitive and complex environments
  • Effective facilitation, technical, and analytical skills with fluency in English communication
  • Experience in project management with a focus on maintaining Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS) compliance
  • Strong competency in prioritization, meeting deadlines, and working in challenging, multicultural contexts with high cultural sensitivity and adaptability
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with ISCG, CPSS agencies, and relevant stakeholders, ensuring attention to detail and compliance standards
